First look at SGS's Columbia Engineering Department Offices

SGS recently completed our renovation of offices for Columbia University's Department of Electrical Engineering, and we're excited to share new photos of the finished project! The suite features a mix of private offices for faculty and open workstations for graduate students, with glass partitions to maximize natural light and provide connections not only to the exterior but also to the building's common spaces. Our design team used teal acoustic baffles suspended from the ceiling to create a wave pattern that travels the full length of the open work area.

Faculty offices provide privacy while sharing access to natural light and encouraging interaction
